Now taking Informal Expressions of Interest for Phase 3

The Oceansgate Team are excited to announce that we are now seeking informal expressions of interests from businesses looking to locate to the waterfront area of the Oceansgate site, which Plymouth City Council expect to take ownership in 2018.

To date, Oceansgate has received interest from over 140 businesses and expects Phase 3 especially to fill up fast. You can download the full version of the form from our website, along with other documents such as our Gateway Policy and Waterfront Development Strategy. If you need any assistance filling out your expression of interest please email us.

We would like to receive responses by 1 March 2017, to review all of the submissions we receive in order to decide on our next steps with Phase 3.  However, if you are unable to meet this deadline we will not exclude you from any future formal processes that will be in place at a later date.
