Phase 2 Demolition

Old, redundant buildings are on the way down. Gilpin Demolitions have begun the demolition works on the Phase 2 site of the Oceansgate Marine Business Park, getting ready for future development.

The Devonport Naval Heritage Centre will not be affected and will remain on the site. As you can see from the photograph, as the buildings are demolished the materials are separated ready to be recycled.
