Phase 1 – All Three Structures Up!

The Phase 1 Build is nearly at the half-way point with all three steel frame structures now up. As you can see from this image, to the left are the two industrial unit blocks and the office block is on the far right.

The office building is starting to take shape with the installation of external block work, roof cladding and Metsec Wall.

Interest in Phase 1 is hotting up, the Oceansgate team are currently engaged with 12 prospective tenants for the offices and workshops working towards agreeing some pre-lets over the busy summer period.
