Phase 2 Construction update

Oceansgate’s appointed contractor, Kier Construction, are making strides on the next phase of the Oceansgate development.

Phase 2 will mirror what has been built in Phase 1, with a mixture of office accommodation and light industrial units. As you can see from the photo, the steel frame for the office building is up and the frame for the industrial unit is currently being constructed.

The site is currently 90% under offer with only four industrial units left, so please get in contact with us if you’re interested in finding out more.
